The CNC roll lathe independently developed, designed and produced by our company has passed the inspection after being tested on site by the customer. The CK84100×6000/18t CNC roll lathe is based on the heavy-duty horizontal lathe produced by our company and is carefully manufactured using a large number of advanced German CNC machine tool manufacturing technology and high-reliability accessories. It has the characteristics of high precision, high power, high rigidity, excellent manufacturing, complete functions and high degree of automation. Its main components and structure have been optimized and designed, and it is the first choice equipment for processing shafts, discs, sleeves, special-shaped surfaces and screw workpieces.
This machine tool is mainly used to automatically complete the internal and external circle processing of heavy shafts, discs and other rotary parts. It can perform outer circle, taper surface, thread and end face, grooving, cutting, etc. Roughing and finishing of shaft workpieces with a diameter of φ1000mm. The machine tool spindle adopts a two-support structure, which has good rigidity and large torque output; the machine bed adopts a side chip removal method, which is convenient for chip removal. Each part of the machine tool has an independent oil pump for forced lubrication; the tailstock and tool rest of the machine tool are equipped with functions such as rapid movement and terminal safety. The upper body of the tailstock adopts a built-in structure, and the overall movement of the tailstock adopts a motorized moving device. The machine tool speed, feed rate and power characteristics are reasonably designed and can well meet the needs of roughing and finishing.
