Dezhou Ruifeng Machine Tool Co., Ltd. was founded in 2000, was formally established in 2005, it is a design, manufacturing, sales as one of the comprehensive production enterprises. The company constantly enterprising, the courage to explore research and development, in the Deep hole drilling and boring machine, CNC scraping rolling machine and other fields has achieved a lot of results, by a number of well-known domestic enterprises widely used and won praise, products are exported to Singapore, Iran, Russia, Ukraine, Pakistan, South Korea, India and other countries.
The company mainly specializes in the production, installation, commissioning and technical services of ultra-long large-scale and ultra-heavy deep-hole machine tools. In recent years, it has produced more than φ800*15000, φ1000*14000, φ1000*16000 heavy-duty deep-hole boring machines. Among them, the maximum boring diameter is 1250mm, the maximum processing length is 18 meters, and the maximum bearing capacity is 100 tons, creating a number of records in China's heavy duty hydraulic cylinder processing range.
In 2012, we developed CNC scraping and rolling machine tools, and has produced and sold nearly 100 sets, which are widely used in the hydraulic cylinder industry. The company recruited high-tech professionals, independently developed pneumatic double combination, hydraulic double combination and hydraulic triple combination tool.
In 2021, we won the bid for ɸ2000*10000 and ɸ3000*6000 deep-hole drilling and boring machines for wind turbine spindle production line and megawatt generator rotor production line, which were successfully put into production after delivery.
In 2023, a heavy-duty deep-hole drilling and boring machine with Φ2500*15000 bearing 100 tons was won the bid for megawatt generator rotor production line.
