The TK2150*10m CNC drilling and boring machine independently developed, designed and produced by our company passed the customer's on-site inspection and was loaded and shipped today. This machine tool is a deep hole processing machine tool that can complete deep hole drilling, boring, rolling and nesting processing. This machine tool is a mature and established product of our company. It is widely used in deep hole parts processing in military industry, nuclear power, petroleum machinery, engineering machinery, water conservancy machinery, centrifugal cast pipe molds, coal mining machinery and other industries, such as nesting processing and boring processing of high-pressure boiler tubes. In view of the characteristics of nesting processing, the machine tool has designed and manufactured relevant parts, equipped with special tool arbors, cutters and special nesting parts, making the machine tool more suitable for deep hole nesting processing.

The maximum processing diameter of this broaching and boring machine is 500mm, the maximum processing length is 10,000mm, and the machine tool has a load capacity of 20 tons. The total length of the machine tool is 29 meters and the total weight is more than 50 tons. After drilling, the inlet and outlet deflection is 0.3mm/m, the straightness is 0.1mm/m, and the processing accuracy is much higher than the national standard.
