The CK611 collection machine tool is a powerful horizontal flat mattress CNC lathe equipped with a full digital AC servo system. With its automatic two-speed stepless transmission (D, L, B, and H models) featuring an AC spindle motor, and guide four-speed stepless variable speed (E and N models) with a DC motor, this lathe offers exceptional performance. Additionally, it comprises two linkage control shafts.

The CNC lathe's Z-axis and X-axis, which have a center distance of 1-6 meters, utilize a ball screw pair and AC servo motor for particular longitudinal and lateral movement. Meanwhile, the Z-axis of the desktop tool, with a center distance greater than 7 meters, employs a rack and pinion mechanism alongside with a grating ruler, while the X-axis utilizes a ball screw pair and AC servo motor. This configuration ensures exceptional positioning accuracy and repeatability.
