The TK21100*15m-100T CNC deep hole drilling and boring machine independently developed, designed and produced by our company passed the customer's on-site inspection and passed the acceptance of all accuracy. This machine tool is mainly used for processing deep hole parts in industries such as wind power generation spindles and megawatt generator spindles.

The maximum rotation diameter of this machine tool is 2500mm, the maximum processing length is 15000mm, and the machine tool has a load-bearing capacity of 100 tons. It is mainly suitable for precision heavy workpieces and inner hole processing with high straightness requirements. The total length of the machine tool is 42 meters and the total weight is more than 200 tons. After fine boring processing, the exit deflection is 0.15mm, the straightness is 0.1mm/m, the ovality is 0.02mm, and the smoothness is Ra1.6. The processing accuracy is much higher than the national standard.
