This machine tool changes the traditional process method of deep hole machining multi-process and effectively improves productivity. The parts to be honed are made of cast iron and various types of steel, and the workpiece is qualified and hardened.
The cooling system of this machine tool adopts three-stage filtration, which fully guarantees the cleanliness of the coolant. The control of this machine tool is concentrated in the electrical control center, which is convenient to operate, safe and reliable.

Deep Hole Honing Machine is used to repair hydraulic cylinders or other tubes to get good surface roughness, our honing machine can hone holes from 25mm to 800m and depth from 500mm to 200000mm with various models available. The honing head expansion and contraction is controlled by servo motor, which can realize partial honing and complete honing. Industrial tube honing machines have good roundness, straightness and surface detail.
