It is mainly suitable for processing the inner holes of pipe fittings with large diameters and high straightness requirements. The total length of the machine tool is 45 meters and the total weight is more than 100 tons. After fine boring processing, the inlet and outlet deflection is 0.15mm, the straightness is 0.1mm/m, the ovality is 0.02mm, and the smoothness is Ra1.6. The processing accuracy is much higher than the national standard.
