In view of the characteristics of ultra-large aspect ratio machining, the machine tool has designed and manufactured relevant parts, equipped with special tool holders, pneumatic tools and special sleeve parts.

The maximum processing diameter of this machine tool is 250mm, the maximum processing length is 9000mm, the feed speed can reach 1000mm/min, the finish is Ra0.2-0.4, and the processing accuracy is much higher than the national standard. The total length of the machine tool is 24 meters and the total weight is more than 30 tons.
