The Deep Hole Machine is a specialised machine tool designed for drilling and boring cylindrical deep hole parts. It is perfect for precision machining of deep hole workpieces. The machine features superior drilling techniques, including the internal chip removal technique known as the BTA method. With this method, oil is supplied through an oil dispenser, making sure efficient chip removal from the inside of the drill pipe to a chip elimination bucket located at the rear of the machine bed.

In addition to drilling, the machine is additionally capable of boring operations. During boring, the end of the boring bar is used to provide oil, and the chips are discharged thru the cutting area to a chip discharge hopper situated at the head of the computer bed. This ensures smooth and reliable chip removal.
