The Deep Hole Machine is a specialized machine tool designed for drilling and boring cylindrical deep hole parts. It is ideal for precision machining of deep hole workpieces. The machine features advanced drilling techniques, including the internal chip removal method known as the BTA method. With this method, oil is supplied through an oil dispenser, ensuring efficient chip removal from the inside of the drill pipe to a chip removal bucket located at the rear of the machine bed.

During boring, the end of the boring bar is used to provide oil, and the chips are discharged through the cutting area to a chip discharge hopper situated at the head of the machine bed.
