Deep Hole Boring Machines-T2120

This machine tool is specialized in processing cylindrical deep gap workpieces. It can total the drilling, boring, expanding and rolling processing of internal holes. In addition to processing through holes, it can moreover procedure blind holes and step holes. During processing, the workpiece rotates, the tool (rotatable) feeds for cutting, and the cutting fluid enters the decreasing area through the oil dispenser or the tail of the boring bar, cools, lubricates the cutting, and takes away the chips. When drilling, the oil dispenser is used to furnish reducing fluid, and chips are discharged in the BTA. The deep gap drilling and boring machine can be equipped with an optionally available drill rod box to realize double rotation of the workpiece and the tool, or single movement, adapting to the desires of processing technological know-how in different situations.
