Scraping Roller Machine-TGK125

TGK125, TGK250 CNC scraping and rolling machine adopts the processing method of fixing the workpiece and rotating the tool feeding. After the positioning seat is adjusted to the appropriate position, it is locked on the mattress body, and the fuel feeder is pressed against the workpiece through the hole cylinder. 

The boring box adopts AC spindle motor, stepless speed regulation, and the spindle bearing adopts high-precision bearing (FAG), with high rotation accuracy. The feed container adopts servo motor, stepless speed regulation, and is equipped with high-precision ball screws to achieve high-precision and secure feeding of the spindle box. The bed adopts a cast bed with a information rail width of 650mm, and the double rectangular guide rail ensures the overall rigidity of the machine tool, high motion accuracy and good put on resistance. Huade hydraulic components are adopted, and the performance is stable and reliable.

 The machine tool is equipped with an automatic chip elimination device, good leak-proof performance, and the coolant filtration method adopts three-stage filtration, and the filtration accuracy is 50μm.
