The CK611 series CNC lathes are large horizontal flat bed machines, equipped with SIEMENS or FANUC CNC systems and fully digital AC servo systems. These lathes feature advanced technology and are designed for precision turning operations.

 

One of the key features of the CK611 series is the turning main transmission DL BH type, which is an automatic two-speed continuously variable transmission. This ensures efficient and reliable performance during machining. The main motor is an AC spindle motor, delivering high power and rotational speed.

 

For the EN type, a manual four-speed continuously variable transmission is used, with a main motor powered by a DC motor. Additionally, these lathes have two linkage control axes, providing enhanced control and versatility.

 

The CK611 series CNC lathes are designed with precision in mind. For machines with a center distance of 1-5M, the Z-axis and X-axis utilize ball screw pairs along with AC servo motors for longitudinal and lateral movement. This combination ensures smooth and accurate motion. On the other hand, for machines with a center distance of more than 6M, the Z-axis adopts a rack and pinion system along with a grating ruler, while the X-axis uses a ball screw pair. The introduction of an AC servo motor enables precise longitudinal and lateral movement, resulting in exceptional positioning and repeatable positioning accuracy.
